Burka Mr. Scott Burka received his Bachelors of Art in Economics from Brandeis University in 1989. Scott Burka joined Delbe Real Estate Company, Inc. in 1993 after spending four years working in Riggs National Bank’s Financial Services Group. Scott Burka received his real estate agent salesman’s license in 1993, and as Vice President of Delbe Real Estate Company, Inc. he is primarily responsible for property management and financial administration of the Delbe Real Estate Company, Inc. portfolio.
